The Instagram Notes feature has been launched on 13 December 2022. But for some reason, their content isn’t showing up for some users.

The first you need to make sure is the version of your instagram app. If it is not the latest version, update it now.
Try signing out and then signing back in again; this will refresh your Instagram account and clear out any lingering bugs or glitches that may be preventing you from posting your notes properly.
